3. Quality Control

1.Consciously abide by all management regulations. Unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the warehouse.

2.Timely conduct supplier selection and evaluation. Prepare procurement plans as needed for production. Once the plan is approved and signed by leadership, proceed with purchasing based on proximity.

  1. Materials and parts must be inspected before storage. Uninspected or unqualified items are not allowed into the warehouse or for use.
  2. After materials are stored, create cards and update the inventory records to ensure consistency among the accounts, cards, and physical stock.
  3. Materials should be sorted and stored by category and specification, maintaining neatness and order.
  4. Keep the warehouse clean and organized. Implement measures to prevent rust, corrosion, and theft of materials and parts. Ensure fire safety protocols are followed in the warehouse.

4. Product Research and Development


  1. Based on technical advancement, production rationality, and usage requirements, correctly select performance indicators, quality, and main dimensional parameters; propose an overall design plan; and provide vehicle parameters and design requirements for the design of each component.

  2. Reasonably arrange and conduct motion verification for each component.

  3. Perform calculations and control the overall vehicle performance to ensure the achievement of key performance indicators.

  4. Coordinate the matching relationship between the vehicle and its assemblies, collaborate with assemblies to complete the layout design, and ensure that the vehicle¡¯s performance and reliability meet the design requirements.
