The 2025 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Auto Show Concludes, With Over 10 Billion Yuan in Sales During the 9-Day Event
On June 8, 2025, the 29th Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area Auto Show concluded at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Bao'an). The show was hosted by the Automotive Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, China Machinery International Cooperation Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Automobile Dealers Association, and Shenzhen Federation of Industries, and organized by Shenzhen United Exhibition Group and Shenzhen Zhongcheng United Exhibition Management Co., Ltd.
The scale of this auto show is about 260000 square meters, including an 80000 square meter interactive experience area, which showcases the application of innovative industrial technologies and provides experience such as test drives. 50 new car launch events were held, with 112 vehicle brands participating and 1039 models unveiled. The 9-day exhibition attracted approximately 890000 visitors, with 42823 vehicles scheduled for sale and a total transaction amount of approximately 10.07 billion yuan.
With the theme of "Technology oriented, Future oriented, and Market oriented", the 2025 Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area Auto Show is committed to showcasing cutting-edge research and development achievements and technologies in the industry, outlining future development directions, and accurately understanding new market trends. The 2025 (3rd) Future Automotive Pioneer Conference, held concurrently, gathers the wisdom of government, industry, academia, and research, bringing diverse perspectives and innovative momentum to the development of the industry.

The Zunjie S800 has been officially launched, Xiaomi's SUV YU7 has made its debut, SAIC Volkswagen brings the extended range concept car ID.ERA, and the Audi Q6L e-tron family is also officially open to the audience. Several new cars, including the Jike 9X, Geely's fourth generation Borui L, Toyota Platinum 7, and Dongfeng Nano 06, have made their debut or South China debut.
The product strategy presents diversified characteristics. Dongfeng Mengshi M817 expands the boundaries of off-road aesthetics with dual design languages; NIO, Ledao, and Firefly were exhibited together for the first time at the auto show.
